I have a four family in Milwaukee and live in California. Grafton's quote was so much clearer then 2 other bidders I actually paid a higher price because of the confidence I had. In three conversations and a quote I understood what would be done and when. Everything went like clock work. Definitely 5 stars!
If you need a new roof, this is the company you want to use. We wanted somebody with knowledge and expertise, reasonable pricing, and efficient/hard-working crews. Could not have asked for a better experience. Given the various issues we have discovered upon moving into our current home, we knew there would be some potentially sketchy homemade fixes uncovered during the roof replacement process (we were right), but they still came in on budget and on time. So glad we have a roof we know will last us a long time, and, in place before winter!
